Kiona Bryant-Clay brings a love for children and the passion to meet them at their level. She sees every child as unique and is excited to meet and engage with them. She earned her Undergrad at Kaplan-Perdue in Human Services with a Specialization in Child and Family Services. She is currently in a masters degree program in Clinical Mental Health at Walden University. She is a Qualified Mental Health Professional who has worked in multiple counties across Virginia. Previously Kiona worked as the Lead Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor, Intensive In-Home counselor, Behavior Support Specialist, and Applied Behavior Counselor. She is also certified in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy. She continues to work with parents to help them in realigning their child’s behavior in school, home, and strengthening the family system.
Kiona has a strong desire to continue to learn and grow in the field of mental health and continue helping children. Her life goal is to improve and make a difference in as many lives as she can. Kiona is currently in Internship with Alive Rehab & Counseling, LLC under the direct supervision of Janell Johnson, LPC, RPT, ACS, WISA.
