About Lauren

I provide therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief, and low self-esteem. I have extensive experience supporting youth and families across a variety of mental health settings, including in-home services, foster care, and residential treatment. I have worked closely with individuals experiencing trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional dysregulation, and I bring a compassionate, steady presence to my clinical work.

My background in psychology and biblical literature informs a well-rounded and empathetic therapeutic approach. I am committed to creating a supportive, goal-oriented, and empowering space where clients feel safe to heal, grow, and thrive.
