About Our Supervisory Opportunity
Our founder, Janell Johnson is an approved clinical supervisor for LPC Residents in Counseling in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has helped many through their road to licensure over the past several years.
Supervision will provide the applicant an environment conducive to learning. Clinical work will be reviewed, and constructive, thought-provoking feedback will be provided.
Defining Supervision
Supervision is the ongoing process of performance monitoring and includes regular, documented individual or group consultation, guidance, and instruction. The guidance and instruction are specific to the clinical counseling services being performed keeping in mind the skills and competencies of the person being supervised.
Interns and Graduate Students
We provide interns and graduate students with time and resources dedicated to helping you become the counselor you aim to be. Each semester we are seeking students to begin Practicum/Internship placements.
