How it Works
After we receive a referral and signed release and consent form to receive the Benefits Planning Query (BPQY), which can take up to 14 days, we schedule a meeting with you or your case manager to gather more information.
We then provide WorkWorld report analysis, where a client can compare their current situation with three to four work scenarios.
We’ll close out with a brief follow-up session to review the report analysis and if needed once you are employed.
